碳纤维软毡具有良好的耐高温性、保温性能，并且灰分含量，是单晶硅硅等高温炉首选的保温材料。与碳纤维软毡相比，硬毡具有更高的强度和更长的使用寿命等优势。

Carbon fiber soft felt has good performance of  thermostability, heat preservation and low ash content。It is the preferred heat preservation material for high temperature furnace, such as monocrystalline silicon furnace. Compared with carbon fiber soft felt, cured felt has the advantages of higher strength and longer service life.
